1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Homestead Aura website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Homestead Aura provides home decor and interior styling services including, but not limited to:

• Room makeovers and styling
• Color consultation
• Furniture selection and arrangement
• Home staging for sale or rental
• Lighting design
• Accessory and decor selection

All services are subject to availability, project scope, and our assessment of feasibility.

3. Service Agreement Terms

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are subject to inspection and verification of property condition. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work.

Service Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times, but delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays in service delivery.

Scope of Work

Work will be performed according to the agreed-upon scope outlined in written estimates or contracts. Any additional work discovered as necessary will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding. We reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe or beyond our expertise.

4. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Homestead Aura does not guarantee specific design outcomes or results. While we provide professional recommendations, the final aesthetic depends on many factors including client choices, budget, product availability, and contractor workmanship. We are not responsible for client satisfaction with design choices after implementation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or contract. General payment terms include:

• Payment may be required in installments or upon completion
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement
• Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as permitted by law
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

If you are financing your project through a third-party lender, you are responsible for all financing terms and conditions set by that lender.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled inspections or services by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to cancellation fees. Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship warranties, if provided, will be specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We make no guarantees beyond those explicitly stated in your written agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Homestead Aura's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for damage caused by weather, acts of God, or factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions not identified during initial inspection

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and roofing needs
• Allow access to your property for inspections and work
• Disclose any known issues or previous repairs
• Maintain clear access to work areas
• Secure pets and notify us of any hazards on your property
• Make timely payments according to the agreed terms

10. Property Access and Safety

You grant Homestead Aura and its contractors permission to access your property for the purpose of consultations, measurements, and service delivery. You are responsible for ensuring safe access and notifying us of any hazards. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bexar County, Texas. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homestead Aura, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Homestead Aura website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Homestead Aura or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

14. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmitting viruses or malicious code
• Harassing or interfering with other users
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Using automated systems to scrape or collect data

15. Privacy
